Are you looking for a new opportunity that combines both sales administration and customer service with transactional finance? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Finance Administrator to join their team in West Cambridge.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing sales administration whilst supporting with the day-to-day financial operations. You will be working closely with the wider business to ensure processes are undertaken accurately and timely.
This role would suit a self-motivated individual with experience in both sales administration and finance. However, training and support will be provided for candidates with limited finance experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales & Finance Administrator:
Sales Administration
* Processing existing customer sales orders
* Responding and resolving queries via email and telephone
* Reviewing new contract agreements and setting up invoicing appropriately to agreed terms
Transactional Finance
* Management of both accounts payable and receivable functions
* Processing staff expenses
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
* Supporting in the management of company cashflow
* Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
