The North East Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership (NELRP) offers a free and confidential service for adults and young people seeking support with drug and alcohol use. Our collaborative approach ensures that those we support can navigate their recovery journey with ease, without feeling overwhelmed by the system.
Your leadership and administrative expertise will play a crucial role in transforming lives!
Your Role
As the Admin Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and support the admin team to deliver exceptional administrative services.
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team and clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Supervise an admin team across the county, managing local finances and budgets.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions and clinic bookings.
* Embed Turning Point’s vision and values within the team.
* Work with local partners and stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* A proven track record in team leadership and support.
* Experience in clinical administration, particularly in prescription management within the substance use field.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong IT skills with a solid understanding of data reporting systems.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A full driving license and access to a car.
* Previous management experience or a management qualification (desirable).
