Description and Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Hybrid Cloud & AI Strategy
Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of hybrid cloud and AI initiatives that align with business priorities and accelerate innovation across markets.
2. Drive Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Build and manage relationships with strategic vendors, alliance partners, ISVs, and AI ecosystem partners; co-develop joint GTM strategies and partnership agreements to expand market reach.
3. Develop & Execute GTM and Incentive Programs
Design scalable go-to-market programs, define joint incentive structures, and leverage partner funding MDF) to support demand generation, co-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
4. Align Sales & Marketing for Impact
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging, field enablement, and campaign execution, while tracking program performance and ROI.
Your Qualifications:
5. 10+ years in strategic partnerships, sales programs, GTM, or cloud/AI-related roles
6. Proven experience in leading cross-functional cloud or AI initiatives
7. Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise IT trends
8. Experience working with or for Global Accounts or major cloud/AI vendors
9. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence
10. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution discipline
11. Experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing or sales leadership
12. Global or regional leadership experience
13. MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage
