You’ll:• Manage and inspire a talented team• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance• Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery• Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholdersAbout You• Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE• Proven management experience in fostering or a related field• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills• Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonusWhat We Offer• Competitive salary (dependent on experience)• Car allowance, pension, and private healthcare• Generous annual leave – 30 days plus bank holidays• A supportive, collaborative working environmentPlease note: An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
