You will be working for a leading higher education institution in London. They are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for a 1 year contract until initially April 2026.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Co-Production Communications and Marketing Manager, this role will support the marketing and communication activities of the Co-Production and Public Engagement team. For Co-Production Collective, this will involve supporting the delivery of their web and social media presence, external communications such as their blog posts and monthly newsletters and working with project partners to publicise their work. You will also support facilitation and organisation of events for their community of people interested in co-production.
Key Requirements:
Looking for experience of writing and drafting copy for use on their website, in Marketing and promotional materials. In addition, you will need experience of planning and delivering events and experience working with a variety of social media platforms, uploading engaging content and tracking the performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the development and delivery of Co-Production Collective communications and marketing (including our blog, monthly newsletter, email inbox, website updates and social media) in a way that reflects their values and report on progress.
* Coordinate the development and delivery of Public Engagement internal communications (including their LinkedIn and Bluesky social media presence), raising awareness of team’s services across the organisation
* Lead on (with input from other team members and community members) the administration in relation to Co-Production Collective events, networking sessions and workshops in a way which is reflective of and responsive to their values. This will include updating marketing and communications plans, sharing joining information, and answering questions.
* Promote the services offered by Co-Production Collective as well as promotional activities designed to grow their community, generate awareness of their offer and generate income.
* Coordinate the development of processes to support growth of the Collective.
* Develop relationships with a range of community members with lived experience and groups involved in their work.
In return:
You will be paid £18.88-£21.68 per hour, with the contract starting around the 21/5/25-30/4/26. This role is hybrid working.
