We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our residential home in Highcliffe. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our residents safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night - offering reassurance and essential support whenever it’s needed most. We are seeking someone with a solid background in health and social care and experience supporting people with autism. Everyone we support communicates in their own way — some use PECS cards, others Sign-a-long, and some use familiar phrases.
