Salary: £28,600 per annum
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week) Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Your Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
* Enhance children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
* Assist staff in updating the EyLog system and child learning journals with high-quality content.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Embed an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Maintain accurate records and accounts on the EyMan system.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
* Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* At least one year of experience working in Early Years.
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework and regulatory requirements.
* Right to work in the UK - Valid Passport or Settled/Pre-Settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
