Account Manager
Are you a driven and experienced Account Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the beauty & skin care industry? The Account Manager will play a pivotal role at 2bTanned.
The Role:
* Manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts, fostering strong business relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
* Act as a product expert, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, production, and timely delivery of products to customers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential trade customers and nurturing leads to secure new accounts.
* Conduct regular site visits to trade customers, providing product training, support, and addressing any concerns or issues.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Communicate with trade customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
The Person:
* Previous experience in a Trade Sales or Account Management role. The beauty industry is desired but not compulsory for the right person.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Excellent product knowledge and understanding of industry and market
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
Competitive basic salary + commission with the potential to earn up to £100k.
