Are you a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to fill either a Material Handler or Manual Machine Operator position.
Currently sourcing for 2nd shift 3:30p-12a
Material Handler/Machine Operator
Pay Rate -$19-$22 /hr
Material Handler Responsibilities:
* Safely load, unload, and transport materials using various equipment (overhead crane experience is a MUST)
* Keep the work area organized and ensure efficient material flow
* Assist with packaging and shipping operations
* Maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols
Manual Machine Operator Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor assigned machinery to manufacture steel products
* Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
* Perform quality control checks and identify any production issues
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications :
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Prior manufacturing experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable transportation and availability for various shifts (including some evenings/weekends)
Machine list:
Overhead crane (A MUST) ; Saw; Centerless Grinder; Manual Lathe (aka Turner or Peeler); Press Straightener; 2-Roll Roll Straightener; Draw Bench; Polisher; Induction Heating; Shot Blast Cabinet; (Bump/Gag) Press.
