Your Role
The Production Resource Coordinator supports the Production Resource team based at our West London studios in Stockley Park. You will be responsible for booking, crewing, and resourcing the live production facility, working closely with production colleagues to ensure high-quality broadcast delivery.
This role requires occasional weekend and evening work as dictated by production needs, but primarily follows standard office hours. Flexibility is essential, and there may be a need to work from different sites within the WBD portfolio.
Your Accountabilities
* Support the Production Resource Supervisor in booking crew across multiple productions and live events.
* Book facility resources, ensuring equipment is allocated correctly to shows and production teams.
* Update and maintain freelancer scheduling sheets.
* Liaise with freelance crew regarding working hours and shifts.
* Identify crewing and resource hotspots early and escalate issues as needed.
* Attend daily scheduling meetings to facilitate communication across teams.
* Organize training and onboarding for new freelancers.
* Maintain a healthy, motivated pool of freelance crew.
* Assist internal and external contributors with navigating corporate systems for seamless workflows.
* Support onboarding of new freelancers and prepare timesheets for events.
* Ensure compliance with IR35 and health and safety policies.
* Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
* Experience in live, multi-sport event production is preferred.
* Understanding of production workflows and studio resource requirements.
* Knowledge of FieldGlass, Provys, and MediaPulse is beneficial.
* Familiarity with scheduling systems and rostering restrictions.
* Experience in resource management, crewing, and team leadership.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of IR35 is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and use initiative confidently.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously.
