For the successful Registered Manager our client is offering
1. Up to £45,000 DOE
2. 5 days per week, 9AM- 5PM, (must be flexible, at times to shifts changing to suit the team, you will be doing the rota however, so can choose own shifts out of three patterns)

The Role - Registered Manager:
9. You will be a member of the company Senior Management Team and be able to confidently participate in regular meetings and other SMT projects.
10. You will be responsible for the management and supervision of Deputy Manager(s), Team Leaders and Residential Support Worker team.
11. Contribute to the referral assessment process of young people, conducting relevant assessments, matching, placement offers and planned admissions to the home.
12. Must maintain a Rota to ensure there is sufficient staff coverage at all levels
13. Required to provide training as identified to the staff group on a formal and informal basis.
14. Will be expected to take responsibility for managing quality reviews and inspections, including those conducted by the Regulation 44 inspector, local authority Quality Assurance officers, and Ofsted/CQC.
What our client is looking for in a Registered Manager:
15. Experiance working in similar environment- ESSENTIAL
16. Hold a full UK driving license- ESSENTIAL
17. DBS Checked- PREFFERED
18. Hold or working towards a Diploma Level 5 Leadership & Management- PREFFERED
19. Strong management and IT skills are required- ESSENTIAL
