Project and Programme Manager - The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated to lead this pivotal role at the heart of change, offering the chance to influence strategy, drive delivery, and ensure that our communities and businesses benefit from modern, responsive local government services.

Project and Programme Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Drive forwards high-profile projects that sit at the heart of our reorganisation
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across the Council, with councillors, staff, external stakeholders and partners and Nottinghamshire's joint PMO
- Create and oversee governance frameworks that keep complex programmes on track
- Inspire teams, manage resources, and deliver results that matter
Champion innovation and embed best practice
- Lead the change - shape the future
Project and Programme Manager - You:
- You will need to be able to think strategically and have proven experience in delivering results through effective programme management
- A natural communicator who can influence and inspire at every level
- Strong skills in governance, risk management, and strategic delivery
- A track record of turning ambitious ideas into successful outcomes
- Passion for public service and improving lives through effective change
