Personal Tax Manager, hybrid working. This role offers up to two days of working remotely.
A diligent tax professional is currently sought by a rapidly expanding firm of Chartered Accountants in Reading, Berkshire.
The firm has an impressive track record for growth and services and a varied client portfolio. Typical clients include Directors of OMBs and HNWIs. The company is also licenced to carry out Probate and Estate Administration work.
As an experienced ATT or CTA Tax Accountant, you will play a key role in the Tax offering of the practice and report directly to the Tax Partner. This is a key role for the firm and you must enjoy working independently.
The core duties of the Personal Tax Manager include:
1. Providing tax advisory and tax compliance services
2. Preparation and review of UK Tax Returns
3. Identify opportunities to restructure clients’ tax affairs
4. Liaising with HMRC on any tax investigations
5. Acting as a point of contact for a growing client portfolio
6. Support and development of junior staff
