SUMMARY



This position is essential in facilitating the day-to-day operations of both the Petroleum Services (PS) and Integrated Reservoir Services (IRS) teams. It requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment. The position will report to Administrative Team Lead.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide administrative assistance to all operational departments as required.
* Work as part of a team, communicate with all team members and prioritize workload accordingly.
* Expedites flow of work and initiates follow-up action when required.
* Responsible for sourcing and purchasing supplies at the most cost-effective price to meet business requirements and preparing purchase orders using Oracle.
* Preparation of Client Sales Invoices.
* Attend meetings with Administrative Team Lead – proactively get involved and share ideas on how to do things more efficiently.
* Encourage and take an active role in moving to an e-document office environment.
* Any other duties including answering the telephone and arranging travel as required.
* Regularly review and assess Department practices and procedures, proposing and implementing innovations to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Related industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Previous office/Administration experience or experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience in Oracle is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

* Strong time management and multitasking skills; ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Demonstrate accountability and dependability in all activities. Manages one's own time effectively.
