Location and Shift: Buxton | Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

We're looking for a Soft Services Administrator who will lead the day-to-day delivery of soft services on the HSE Buxton contract, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance while supporting key functions including Reception, Stores, and Helpdesk.

Role Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities across Reception, Helpdesk, and Stores to meet contractual KPI standards
2. Produce and manage rotas to ensure full shift coverage in line with contract requirements
3. Monitor and control expenditure while identifying opportunities to maximise income and improve financial performance
4. Lead, support and develop team members through training, appraisals, and performance management
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety, including risk assessments and safe working practices

What We're Looking For

6. Previous experience in an administrative or helpdesk role
7. Proven supervisory or leadership experience
8. Good understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
10. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
11. Full UK driving licence due to site location
12. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and deliver service improvements
