We’re on an incredible journey of international growth, with a major focus on expanding across Europe. Now, we’re looking for a European Account Manager who’s ready to take the lead and help us make Snüz a household name across the continent. A taste of what you'll be doing
* Own and grow our EU accounts - build strong partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and make bold commercial decisions that drive real growth.
* Lead high-impact negotiations across annual terms, joint business plans, pricing, and promotions, turning strategy into measurable results.
* Exceed ambitious sales and profitability targets, playing a critical role in Snüz’s continued success.
* Identify and secure new retail partners, opening doors to exciting new markets across Europe.
* Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market trends and competitor activity, ensuring Snüz remains one step ahead.
* Bring our product range to life by leading listings, assortment reviews, and merchandising conversations with retail partners.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Logistics to deliver flawless execution.
* Act as the commercial champion for Snüz in EU markets, shaping strategy and influencing how we scale globally.
Skills & Strengths
* 3+ years’ experience managing EU/global retail accounts.
* Proven commercial success in consumer goods (bonus points for baby or nursery industry experience!).
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, you know how to make a deal and make it stick.
* A self-starter mindset, you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
* Sharp analytical thinking and organisational skills to back up your ambition.
* Positive, collaborative energy and a genuine passion for growing amazing brands.
Ideally, you’ll be close enough to the office to be part of the energy and collaboration at the barn, and equally comfortable travelling regularly across Europe as part of the role.
