Overview
To support the rollout of an electronic system within our care at home services, we are seeking System Schedulers. The post is temporary, subject to business needs and funding, for up to 12 months (or until the requirement ceases, whichever is earlier). The role is 30 hours per week, on a four on, four off rota, with a combination of early and back shifts (Shift Pattern: 07:00-16:00 and 13:30-22:30).
Location: Renfrewshire HSCP area (health and social care services). The successful candidate will report to the Service Coordinator and contribute to improving service delivery by updating and maintaining electronic systems for care at home provision.
Responsibilities
* Update, manage, and maintain electronic systems within care at home services.
* Make decisions regarding the deployment of frontline staff based on system data and needs.
* Provide an efficient and effective first point of contact related to the electronic system implementation and ongoing use.
Qualifications
* Essential: SVQ Level 2 or professional qualification in administration/equivalent, or willingness to work towards this.
* Proven experience updating, managing, and maintaining data through electronic systems.
* Customer-focused in a fast-paced, changing environment to ensure care at home provision meets service user needs.
* Desirable: SVQ Level 3/HNC or professional qualification in administration/business or SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
