An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lichfield Road for a Bank Staff Nurse. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Bank Nurse you will be free to choose at your convenience and based around your availability
The post holder will work as a member of the nursing team, meeting the health, well being and mental health care needs of our patients under the indirect and direct guidance and supervision of the Senior Nurse / Ward Manager.
You will provide support for Recovery Support Workers and act as a champion for patient safety and dignity. Maintaining skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and individual care plans.
You will:
- Ensure the ongoing safety of patients, staff and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes.
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical records
- Act as a role model for good clinical practice
- Take charge of the unit as required and in the absence of the management team, accepting responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the unit
- Maintain the security of the building and its environment.

To be successful as a Bank RMN, you’ll need:

The successful applicant will be supported through a company and site induction which will involve working a variety of shifts to enable them to meet and work alongside the full MDT.
Shift Hours:
Long Day - 0730hrs to 1945hrs
Night Shift - 1930hrs to 0745hrs
