Regional Cyber Security Lead | London (2 days per week) | up to £85,000 + benefits
La Fosse is supporting an international organisation with the appointment of a Security Lead for one of their key regions.
This is a hands-on role focused on cyber governance, risk, compliance, incident management, and control oversight across a complex regional estate.
This role would suit someone with strong GRC expertise who is also comfortable operating in the detail, particularly around incidents, vulnerability findings, and stakeholder management. It is a lead role without direct people management and requires excellent communication with senior leaders across a diverse international environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the regional cyber security lead for Europe and the USA.
* Support the rollout and operation of group cyber policies, standards, and controls.
* Coordinate regional cyber incident response and post-incident review.
* Oversee vulnerability management and risk-based remediation activity.
* Support cyber risk, assurance, audit, and governance activity across the region.
* Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, local IT teams, and group cyber teams.
* Contribute to reporting, KPIs/KRIs, and wider security improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Strong cyber security experience with deep GRC knowledge.
* Practical incident management experience.
* Technical understanding of vulnerabilities and control effectiveness.
* Ability to interpret risk and communicate clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working across international or multi-site environments.
* Strong reporting, governance, and stakeholder management capability.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are beneficial.
