Self-employed Domestic Electricians required to work in tenanted social housing homes in and around Hull. The majority of the work will be the complete installation of extract fans in kitchens and bathrooms ( including core-holing - 4 inch for both bathrooms and for kitchens ) or just fan replacement if there is already one in position. As such, you must have your own core drill complete with the correct size bits. There will also be a small amount of remedial works (mainly installing either an RCBO or RCD). A minor works cert will be required to be completed on Easycert software; and you will require an Android phone or tablet as photos will be required to be downloaded onto Markus software app. We will provide you with an anemometer to measure and record the fan flow rates post installation.
