The Opportunity: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our teachers and pupils, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality education. You'll work closely with children who have a diverse range of special needs, including:
* ADHD
* Dyspraxia
* Autism
* Speech and language difficulties
* Moderate learning difficulties
* Social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH)
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the implementation of individualised learning plans.
* Providing direct, hands-on support to students within the classroom and various learning environments.
* Contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere for all pupils.
