They now represent Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat & Abarth as well as the rapidly growing Omoda and Jaecoo franchises.
They currently have a vacancy for a Senior Service Advisor, dealing with service and bodyshop customers. They are looking for candidates who have the ability and desire to progress through to Service Manager.
The ideal candidate should have previous customer service and motor trade experience. However, we will also consider candidates who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the determination to learn a new trade. Other key attributes required are:
* excellent organisation skills
* excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers
* the ability to understand and deliver excellent customer experience
* the ability to work as part of a team, as well as with own initiative
You must also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for your role, with an attention for detail and have the ability to consistently work to high standards.
This position offers excellent terms & conditions with a highly competitive basic salary and bonus scheme, giving a realistic OTE of up to £36,000.
