About the Role:
As a Trainee Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centred care and support to our residents, helping them live happy, fulfilling, and independent lives. No experience is necessary – full training will be provided
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
* Encouraging independence and involvement in the local community
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Supporting residents with hobbies, activities, and personal goals
* Promoting dignity, respect, and choice at all times
What we're looking for:
* A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and complete training (including the Care Certificate)
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
* No previous experience required – just the right attitude
