Hours - Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working after probation
Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days)

Key Responsibilities Of a Payroll Administrator Will Include
* supporting the Payroll Team in providing an efficient and comprehensive payroll service to clients
* day-to-day administration of client payrolls to include RTI submissions and end of year reporting
* processing starters, leavers, SMP, SPP, SSP etc.
* uploading pension contributions
* assisting with reviewing and checking of payrolls
* assisting Payroll Manager with the setup of pension schemes and any new payrolls
* dealing with payroll queries
* meeting strict deadlines and processing all work with a high degree of accuracy
About You
* minimum of 2 years working within an accountancy practice or bureau
* relevant payroll qualification or qualified by experience
* strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* awareness of confidentiality and need for discretion
* comprehensive understanding of pensions and automatic enrolment
* ability to manually calculate payroll results and explain calculations/breakdown to clients
* confident in talking to people to build client relationships
* thorough knowledge of payroll related legislation such as PAYE, NI, family leave etc.
* experience with IRIS Payroll Professional preferred
