ABC are currently looking to recruit Early Years Teachers for the Dudley area to work on a supply basis. We're looking for teachers who are seeking flexibility with working days who can be flexible and work in a range of schools in the area on the days you're available. Supply works well for ECT's who are looking for new oportunities and experiences in different schools, however it also works well for semi retired Teachers who want to keep a toe in teaching! As a Supply Teacher you will- Work in different primary schools in Dudley based on your preferences and availability Cover lessons when Teachers are absent Cover Teacher PPA time (Where work is already set and left!) Work closely with the class TA to best understand the pupils in the class. What you will need to be successful; Reliability and punctuality Understanding of different pupils needs and how to support them Caring and nurturing approach A can do attitude and an eagerness to develop your skills Good behaviour management.
