Electrician Domestic Testing & Maintenance Salary:£42,000 p/a Locations:North/East London Department:Sureserve Compliance Electrical Were looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out planned and responsive repairs across Local Authority and Social Housing properties. Youll complete lighting replacements, fault-finding, EICRs, remedials and upgrade works, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant and operational. Key Responsibilities * Electrical repairs, fault-finding and first-time fixes * Lighting installations and repairs * EICR testing and remedial works (single & three-phase) * Safe isolation and BS7671-compliant documentation * Risk assessments and safe working practices * Completing works to targets and high standards * Using PDA/IT systems for job reports and certification * Maintaining a clean, stocked company vehicle * Liaising professionally with tenants, colleagues and management Requirements 1. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 2. City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent)
