We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at our new office in Kings Hill, West Malling. The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid model of two days per week based in the Kings Hill office.

Responsibilities
* Adding starters, leavers, contractual and personal detail changes
* Processing of statutory payments
* Changes to pensions including opt in/out and employee requests
* Processing of salary sacrifice arrangements ensuring NLW compliance
* Processing pay relating to hours worked, allowances, bonus, and other amounts as requested by the business
* Processing deductions as required and in line with regulatory requirements
* Monitor cycles for breaches in NLW
* Review pay cycle information to identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors or inefficiencies; identify and report over‑ or under‑payments to the Payroll Manager with evidence
* Ensure all payrolls have appropriate authorisation at local level
* Process supplementary payments ensuring backup documentation is present where required
* Where manual payments are raised outside the pay cycle, process them correctly in the subsequent run
