About Us

Diamond Skin Care is a multi award-winning dermatology business established in 2014. We have grown rapidly by combining high-quality patient care with excellent client service, and are now entering an exciting new phase of expansion. DSC clinic centres are currently operate in Norwich, Colchester, Doncaster and Sutton Coldfield.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated business administrative assistant to take on this new role and join the 'A' team at our Norwich head office. This role would suit someone who enjoys detail, organisation and accurate document management and creation

You will be part of the operations department and will be directly supported by a Regional Operations Manager. This role is to support a range of administrative office tasks essential to service expansion and maintaining a high quality of service delivery. Specific tasks include but are not limited to

* Accurate scanning and labelling of patient record documents
* Assisting with collection and filing of compliance documents to support new staff on boarding
* Strict maintenance of periodic staff compliance documents for all employed staff
* Diary management to support internal and external company meetings
* Secure Clinic room bookings as required for Norwich clinics
* Assists in creation of systematic documentation of old and new company processes
* Assist in supplier and client invoice and payment processing

About You

A detail oriented person who is keen to learn and develop into other company opportunities.

Requirements

* Previous experience in admin or secretarial role (desirable)
* Strong communication skills with a warm, professional manner.
* Adept at document creation (Pages and Numbers on Mac desirable).
* Enthusiastic about use of technology and to aid business processes
* Ability to focus and learn quickly in a busy environment
* Full clean driving licence (preferred).
