Overview
Owen Reed is partnering with a highly respected law firm to recruit a Legal PA for their Dispute Resolution team based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting senior fee earners on complex litigation and arbitration matters.
The Role
As a Legal PA, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the team runs smoothly. You’ll manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare legal documents, and act as the first point of contact for clients. You’ll also assist with billing, file management, and various marketing or business development tasks.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Dispute Resolution or Litigation
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
