We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our client, a well-established, family-run children’s residential home with a genuinely homely and therapeutic environment. The home supports up to young people aged 10–18 with emotional and behavioural needs, low-level autism and ADHD, and trauma backgrounds. While classed as an EBD service, the home operates with a strong therapeutic and trauma-informed approach.
