Project Manager – Cladding & Façades Location: Lancashire Start Date: March / April Rate: DOE (Depending on Experience) Duration: 52 Weeks We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 52-week cladding and façades contract in Lancashire. This is a significant external envelope scheme requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage works within a live environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and Senior Management Team and will take full responsibility for programme, delivery, and overall project performance. The project comprises a comprehensive external refurbishment package including full cladding replacement/installation works, re-roofing works, balcony installations and upgrades, and associated façade and external envelope elements. The works will be delivered in a live occupied environment, requiring careful planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
