Shifts Available: Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday – Sunday, 7am – 10pm

What You Will Do
* Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
* Support Daily Living: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
* Offer Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
* Conduct Wellbeing Checks: Regular checks to ensure safety, comfort, and needs are met.
* Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies on privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance services and processes.
What We are Looking For
* Experience in Care: Previous care experience is preferred, but genuine passion for helping others is essential.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly, supportive demeanour with a passion for assisting those in need.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
* Collaborator: Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adapt to varying needs.
* Diligence: Careful and professional delivery of all care tasks and wellbeing checks.
* Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
* Vehicle: Own your own vehicle and hold or be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.
