Employment type: 37.5 hours per week, permanent

Work hours: 5 days per week across Monday-Saturday, 9am-5.00pm

Location: Whitby

What will I be doing?

As the Managed Services Team Manager, you will play an essential role in overseeing our Managed Services offering in a specific area, ensuring smooth service delivery.

You will be responsible for:

* Line management of a Managed Services team
* Coordinating day-to-day operations
* Ensuring that services meet or exceed homeowner and guest expectations
* Aligning services with agreed company best practices, processes and procedures
* Achieving expected performance and KPIs
* Planning, coordinating, and supporting recruitment and deployment of people
* Planning the team's working pattern and managing holidays
* Managing key relationships with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
* Promoting a culture of excellent customer service and communication

Ideally, we’re looking for:

* A proactive individual with a positive attitude, capable of driving the team and solving problems actively
* Proven experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams
* Experience of making a positive and constructive contribution to improve processes and procedures
* Excellent oral and written English skills
* Excellent people management skills; experience in training, developing and coaching team members
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Ideally, line manager experience, but not essential
* Positive attitude to business evolution, embracing change, development and new ideas
