The Vacancy
We are seeking a Demand-Led Customer & Neighbourhood Officer to provide a visible, proactive, and responsive neighbourhood management service. The role requires flexibility to cover multiple locations across our property portfolio.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing neighbourhood services and tenancy issues to ensure high standards and positive customer experiences
* Developing and delivering patch improvement plans based on customer insight and data analysis
* Building relationships with residents, colleagues, local authorities, and external agencies
* Encouraging community engagement and supporting local initiatives
* Representing Paradigm in external meetings and collaborating across teams for holistic neighbourhood management
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in housing management or customer service, preferably in a regulated environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations and manage priorities
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
* Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of outcomes
Office Location: Goldings House, Hatfield + Paradigm Housing Group’s Head Office in High Wycombe.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days travel or working from Goldings House, 2-3 days remote)

This role covers Paradigm’s East Region, including Harrow, Enfield, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and surrounding areas. It is a fixed-term maternity/parental leave contract until March 2026.
Future Opportunities: While not currently permanent, there is potential for extension or permanence, and valuable experience will be gained regardless.
