About The Role
As a CBRE/T&T Sr. Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial relationship with an existing client (on-account) and manage a team responsible for capital project planning and commercial management across all EMEA projects and workstreams, including capital planning.
You will collaborate with the EMEA PJM/PMO team to monitor and report on the commercial performance of capital projects, lead annual capital planning, and drive commercial initiatives such as benchmarking and procurement. Your role includes compiling financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a commercial team within a client environment, ensuring flawless project delivery and supporting client teams in daily commercial activities.
* Manage the team of Commercial Managers and external support for cost and commercial delivery.
* Provide strategic commercial and procurement advice to stakeholders.
* Support reporting on project performance, financial data compilation, and data integrity.
* Assist in annual capital planning and project change tracking.
* Review project budgets and financial close-out forms for accuracy.
* Support data excellence initiatives and monitor KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with GSA and CBRE guidelines.
* Maintain market rate benchmarking and develop estimating tools.
* Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable strategic leadership with experience managing diverse commercial teams.
* Extensive experience in client interactions and senior leadership engagement.
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; MRICS membership preferred.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading complex commercial or cost management teams related to project management or quantity surveying.
* Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills in English.
* Proven customer service record and stakeholder engagement ability.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
