Main duties of the job
* The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the theatre department, ensuring that high standards of clinical care and safety are maintained.
* The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to support a multi‑disciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Job responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Deputy Theatre Manager at Springfield Hospital. You will be expected to work on a full‑time basis on a flexible departmental rota including weekends if required.
