Project Manager – Retail Technology Delivery (Contract)
Location: Hybrid – travel to Hampshire once a fortnight
Rate: Up to £530 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: Until Feb 2026
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a large retail technology delivery programme. You'll work across a mix of in-flight and newly initiated projects, helping to drive momentum in a fast-paced environment undergoing organisational change.
You'll be hands-on, structured and confident navigating shifting priorities, complex delivery landscapes and multi-team stakeholders. This role suits someone who thrives in environments where clarity, pace and adaptability are key.
Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end projects or assigned workstreams.
Maintain and manage RAIDD logs, action trackers and delivery controls.
Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to understand roadmap impacts.
Support teams as new structures and ways of working are embedded.
Track progress, manage dependencies and hold stakeholders accountable.
Provide weekly reporting and present updates to senior stakeholders.
Lead workshops and project meetings.
Follow established delivery frameworks and governance processes.
Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements Strong background in retail sector project delivery.
Comfortable working in environments with frequent change and evolving priorities.
Experience working with SaaS, third-party suppliers and collaborative delivery models.
Skilled in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
