As an Internal Communications Specialist in our dynamic Internal Communications team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering the Boots UK and No7 Beauty Company internal communication strategy. Your mission is to connect, engage, and inspire our team members. You'll partner with various senior stakeholders to communicate effectively with large groups of colleagues.
In this role, you'll explore exciting and innovative ways to inform our people, boost engagement, and inspire team member advocacy across multiple campaigns and projects. Meaningful and effective internal communications are the heartbeat of our culture and this role is pivotal in ensuring we connect with all our team members at the right times, enabling our people to thrive and connect with each other.
