ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Finishing Gang to support our teams on sites across Hailsham. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality finishing works, ensuring areas are completed to the required standard and ready for handover. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Completing finishing works including edging, patching, snagging, and general site clean-up Assisting with the final stages of groundwork and concrete works to a high standard Ensuring all finished areas are safe, clean, and presentable Supporting tradespeople with final adjustments and detailing tasks Maintaining tidy work areas and properly storing materials and equipment Following all health & safety procedures on site Reporting any defects or issues to site management promptly REQUIREMENTS: Valid CSCS card Proven experience in finishing works or groundwork finishing gangs Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach Right to work in the UK DESIRABLE: CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper* CPCS / NPORS* Ride-On Roller CAT & Genny Training Safety Critical Medical 1–2 years of construction labouring experience * Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram.
