Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Boots Stratford!
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions will include:
* Sales Goals: Achieving individual retail sales goals, connecting with customers, demonstrating products.
* Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.
* Teamwork: Assisting team members to meet counter and business needs.
* Promotions and Events: Supporting in-store, external, and charity events.
* Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
* Hygiene: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic.
Qualifications and Attributes:
* Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about makeup and retail
* Result-oriented and challenge-driven
* Desire to provide a unique customer experience
* Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods
* Minimum 6 months retail experience
