Pay rate: £44,000 - £52,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500
Location: Castle Donington
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years in a relevant residential care position for children (within the last 5 years).
* Full UK driving licence.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.

The Role:

Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Children participate in recreational activities such as cinema, swimming, and sports tailored to their interests.
