What you will do:
* Lead, plan, and deliver both the operational and clinical aspects of pharmaceutical services in compliance with legislation and professional standards
* Manage and motivate the pharmacy team with robust clinical and managerial leadership
* Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients for safe and efficient use of medicines
* Guide the hospital departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring adherence to legislation and standards
* Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach for high-quality healthcare delivery
Who we’re looking for
* A current member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Significant experience in surgical patient management and pathway
* Proven leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
* Experience in partnership with consultants and across clinical teams
* Competency in analysing and solving clinical and management challenges
* Adept in applying clinical reasoning to complex patient cases
* Ability to influence evidence-based practice through collaboration with consultants
