As our new Inventory Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our branches, ensuring they receive best-in-class support on centrally held stock enquiries. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive Inventory Team, based at our national distribution centre in Magna Park, playing a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly and efficiently.

Hybrid working 2 days per week at our Magna Park Office based in Lutterworth (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
37.5 hours - Core hours must be covered between 9:30am -3pm
What you’ll do…
1. Coordinate delivery bookings across two national distribution centres, ensuring all suppliers are aware of site regulations and safety requirements.
2. Manage and report on supplier delivery non-conformance and assist in resolution.
3. Be the first line of support for inbound inventory queries from across the business.
4. Provide accurate and timely administrative and clerical support to the wider Inventory Team.
Support in order book updates, data management tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
