* Proficient in IT and railway applications, e.g., Microsoft Office, TRUST & TPS.
* Flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce weekly train requirements for customers, ensuring all train paths comply with Network Rail train planning rules and engineering access requirements. Apply for RT3973 documentation with Network Rail as needed.
* Collaborate with Network Rail train planners to optimize trailing loads and train timings, delivering excellent customer service.
* Develop rolling spot bid pathing for new traffic, progress to inclusion into the working timetable, and secure firm access rights with Network Rail through the PDNS process. Apply for changes to sectional running times as needed.
* Handle ad hoc timing requests for one-off and potential new traffic.
* Manage late notice possessions by Network Rail and inform the commercial contracts team of any impact on customer services.
* Prepare the PDNS statement for Network Rail, ensuring existing WTT paths are protected and any changes are incorporated into the relevant working timetable.
* Conduct weekly WON checks to account for all disruptions caused by Network Rail engineering works.
* Adapt to organizational changes as required to meet operational needs.
* Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.
