Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processor to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders, liaising on inventory levels, and facilitating effective logistics operations.
This position requires strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy throughout the order fulfilment process.
Duties
* Review orders for accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is captured before securing customer sign-off.
* Processing of Customer Orders.
* Ensuring all orders and communications are documented correctly and up to date within our systems.
* Ensuring availability of stock, in warehouse or by order with suppliers.
* Corresponding with suppliers and customers via email and telephone.
* Sending and receiving correspondence via email.
* Maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that customer needs are met, to support business objectives.
Experience
* Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with a understanding of warehouse operations.
* Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes.
* Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with Sage would be beneficial.

The role is expected to be over 5 days per week, with an average of 4-5 hours per day.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
