We are delighted to be supporting an exceptional 6 partner firm that is based in Essex that are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Bookkeeper to strengthen their team.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Completing VAT returns</li><li>Preparing bank reconciliations, processing sales invoices and purchases</li><li>Working closely with clients to understand their requirements</li><li>Liaise with HMRC</li></ul><h3>Key Skills</h3><ul><li>Expert knowledge of Quickbooks/Xero</li><li>Excellent experience in Microsoft Excel</li><li>AAT or ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified</li><li>Experience working in a practice firm is an advantage but not a must</li><li>Outstanding communications skills</li><li>Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate will have 4 years within a similar role and seek a progressive accountancy practice giving you the opportunity to expand your accounting knowledge whilst working with a great spectrum of interesting clients and within an incredibly supportive and collaborative team.<br/></p><p>This role would suit a QBE or an active studier, study support provided</p><p>If your skills and experience fulfil the above criteria then please apply now and we will be in contact with you shortly.</p></div>
