The Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Employers Agent with significant Contract Administration experience to join our team on a work from home basis, focussing predominantly on our projects covering Birmingham and surrounding areas with operational and administrative support from our Head Office. The work mix is likely to include high-rise recladding/refurbishment, new build developments and elemental maintenance and improvement works.
You will enjoy a varied workload undertaking preconstruction activities, such as preparation of tender documents/specifications/pricing schedules and construction stage activities such as site inspections to check on progress, liaising with and supervising contractors and client project officers, assisting with payment valuations, organising and managing site level meeti...
