The Job
The roles and responsibilities of the Store Manager include:
Managing a large and fast paced retail store
Overseeing the manager of the connected petrol station.
Overseeing another small off-site location
Maintaining the excellent levels of customer service established by the company
Full responsibility for the P&L of the store
Communicating financial performances
Planning and organising events
Shift management
Stock control
The Person
To be considered for the Store Manager position you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
Have previous managerial experience (essential)
People management and leadership skills (essential)
Experience with managing multiple departments and sites (essential)
Understand profitability and returns on investment
Passionate about maximising retail sales
The ability to work with and motivate a team
Energetic and enthusiastic
Ability to maintain high levels of customer service
Ability to confidently communicate with others
