As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, the successful candidate will take ownership of clinical leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care while fostering a positive and progressive team culture. Working in close partnership with the Practice Manager, the Lead Vet will also play a key role in driving clinical quality, team development, and commercial success.
