Job Description
3. Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global financial data
4. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
5. Support budgeting and long-range planning processes across business units
6. Analyse variances between actuals, budget and forecasts, providing insights and commentary
7. Create and compile monthly results presentations for leadership review
8. Coordinating and tracking of KPIs across business units
9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
10. Support ad hoc analysis requests
11. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior FP&A Analyst should have:
12. Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting.
13. Part-Qualified Accountant desirable but not essential. CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AAT
14. Analytical with financial technical expertise.
15. Strong Excel skills
16. Proactive with a drive to deliver solutions.
17. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
18. Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and stakeholders
19. Strong attention to detail
20. Self-managing and proactive
